Publisher Description

Lift Log is a workout tracker and gym log with an AI coach that understands your training history. Record sets, reps and weights, plan strength workouts and see your progress in one place.

AI GUIDANCE WHILE YOU TRAIN
Open the AI coach during an active session for suggestions based on completed sets, upcoming exercises and your rest timer. Add AI-generated exercise plans to your current workout or save them as templates.

YOUR AI TRAINING ASSISTANT
Ask about your last workout, exercise progress, personal records or what to train next. The assistant uses your logged workouts and goals to give relevant guidance. Explore weekly and monthly reviews, muscle-group balance, working weights and returning to training after a break. Start with a ready-made question or ask your own.

A WORKOUT LOG BUILT FOR THE GYM
Track strength training, weightlifting, bodybuilding and home workouts. Log weighted, bodyweight and timed exercises, warm-ups and drop sets. See previous results, add notes and use the rest timer between sets. Choose kilograms or pounds.

PLAN YOUR ROUTINE
Save workout templates with planned sets and repeat your favorite sessions. Find exercises by muscle group and equipment or create your own for barbells, dumbbells, machines, cables, kettlebells and resistance bands.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Follow training volume, consistency, personal records and exercise trends. Set weekly workout goals and use progression suggestions to support progressive overload and muscle-building routines.

MADE FOR EVERY SESSION
Log workouts offline, sync history and templates with iCloud, and import or export your training data. Connect Apple Health to save completed workouts and view body-weight trends. Follow workout and rest timers with Live Activities on supported devices.

The AI assistant requires an internet connection. Your messages and a summary of your training are sent to the Lift Log service to generate answers. AI guidance is for training information and is not medical advice.
